Book Clubs - XML (What does "XML" mean?)

Book Club Description
Book Discussion Leader Training This is the place to come for anyone in a Book Club or just interested in learning some tips and information for a good book discussion. It will be led by Jane Levine (Fiction Book Club, Main Library). Please register by calling the Reference Desk at either the Main Library (847-446-7220).
Clue: A Mystery Book Club Clue: A Mystery Book Club meets at 7:30 pm on the second Tuesday of each month, excluding December, to discuss a wide range of mystery books, including medical thrillers, true crime, and Whodunits. For more information, please call Melissa Morgan at 847-446-5990.
Fiction Book Club Hosted by Jane Levine, meets the first Tuesday of the month at 7:30 in the Lloyd Room of the Main Library. To register, please call Jane at 446-7220.
Good Reads, Selected Nonfiction A nonfiction book discussion group that meets at the Northfield Branch the fourth Monday of each month. To register contact Kristin at the Northfield Branch by calling (847) 446-5990.
Nonfiction for a Sunday Afternoon This discussion group meets periodically on Sundays at 2:00 in the Lloyd Room to discuss interesting new nonfiction titles.
Reading for a Cozy Afternoon This discussion group meets at 1:00 pm on the second Wednesday of each month. Participants must be members of the North Shore Senior Center. If you need a copy of the book or have any questions, please call the Northfield Branch at 847-446-5990.

One Book Two Villages - XML (What does "XML" mean?)

One Book Two Villages is an annual program from the Library District that encourages the populations of Winnetka and Northfield to read a single book, attend programs, and discuss that book in a variety of venues. The website for One Book Two Villages is at www.onebooktwovillages.org.
